What is meant by voc and if i need to use it for room spray do i need to add distilled water to be compliant ? And what is the max amount of fo i can use for room spray ??

May I know if this base meets the California VOC requirement if I use this to make room sprays?

HI Marco, If you are using 100% alcohol, you need to dilute it with something else to meet the VOC limit. For the amount of water, generally people use up to 20% of DI water. But, you can start at 10% and adjust alcohol and fragrance accordingly.

I’m a bit confused. I just got your organic sugarcane alcohol to use for perfumes- which is what it is labeled for but on the bottle it says avoid contact with skin and eyes. Is this safe to use as a perfume that would be sprayed on skin.
