Good scent but fulfillment is a mess, hold off on ordering

"Love this scent but makesy is a mess. Every single order I’ve placed in the past few months has been consistently messed up. Costumer service is hard to get in touch with and overall seems to be a lot of issues going on in fulfillment. Though I love their product I cannot count on any sort of reliability from this company and that no longer works for me. Them having fulfillment issues and messes up my orders is causing me fulfillment issues and angry costumers. It’s just not worth it."

Hello, my name is Nikky and I was using the Maple Chai & Sweet Cream as a diffuser and I just saw that it’s not recommended to use it as a diffuser but I did and I’m using the Natural diffuser solution with the oil and I’m using 35% fragrance for it and I want to know if that is safe ?: Hey Nikky! We do not suggest this fragrance for diffusers because the IFRA states the max safest percentage for diffusers is 6%. We usually suggest a fragrance load for diffusers anywhere from 10-40% but since the IFRA states the safest is 6% we do not recommend it for a diffuser. This doesnt mean it can't be used for a diffuser, you can use it for a diffuser but only with a fragrance load of 6% or lower. I hope that helps clarify!
