Beautiful Fragrance, Frustrating Experiences
"This is a beautiful fragrance and one I have used in a number of products. My frustration is with the ordering experience. As a small business owner, it is difficult to understand why I can only purchase this fragrance in very small quantities while paying a relatively high per-ounce price. Then I receive an additional shakedown upon checking out and can choose to be extorted $10 for my order to be shipped in a timely way, or I can look forward to a snail-like delivery time of 2 weeks. I do not appreciate the apologetic cutesy oops, "oh ship!" compensation messages for what basically amounts to a lack of customer service. Then, I get requests for reviews for products I haven't even had delivered. I understand that business decisions are complex, but the current structure makes it challenging for small makers who would like to purchase an adequate amount for their products. Basically, what you offer currently is an option to test or a massive commitment and no in between options. That is not small business friendly."
