Q&A

Does anyone else have confusions on making car diffusers without reeds? I am a little confused on the IFRA and VOC. From my understanding I can use up to 40% but then when I look up the IFRA it says 5%... I am getting a headache with all of this.: HI Monique, I need to know what type of base you're using!
