HI Malwin, That is the startup price for the samples to be produced. Once you approve a sample, there is a minimum order quantity of 25lb for the oil. That is the cost that will vary, it depends on what ingredients you request and how complex the oil is.
What can you do with the fragrance? Can it be turned into a perfume? Also can you reverse engineer an existing fragrance?
