"I liked everything that I purchased it all seemed to be fine the wicks and most of the glassware. There were several big pieces of glassware that were broken, and I cannot seem to contact the company to have them replaced. There is no way for me to contact them it gives me no choices. But otherwise the things were nice shipping took a while, but that was expected because of the amount of items that I ordered that was fine but I really like to be able to contact the company and I cannot so that’s why it’s a three star."

Our customers love that we use wooden wicks. Many appreciate the environmental pros for using the wooden wicks. The crackle, like a small fireplace in a jar, is amazingly comforting.
