How it works:

Survey: Once you've made your purchase, you'll fill out a comprehensive survey detailing your logo preferences. This will be sent to the email you made your purchase on. The survey will ask you about your logo details, such as colors, fonts and any additional specific elements you'd like to incorporate.

Design Phase: Our talented designers will conceptualize 3 logo options based on your survey. This will be provided 5-7 business days after you've submitted the survey.

Feedback and Refinement: After reviewing the initial designs, you will provide feedback, and we refine the chosen design based on your input. We offer one design edit as part of our standard package.

Additional Designs: Should you require further revisions beyond the first edit, additional designs can be provided for an additional cost, ensuring your logo meets your exact specifications. 

Delivery: Receive your finalized logo files in formats optimized for web and print (pdf & eps) and it will be ready to use across all your marketing materials!

Terms of Use: Makesy retains original copyright of all custom designs. Upon full payment, you receive a commercial and personal use license for the final approved design. No credit is required. You may not resell, share, distribute, claim authorship of, or transfer the design to any third party. Editable/source files (including .AI files) are not included. Delivery of source files does not transfer copyright ownership. Custom designs and digital files are non-refundable. Due to the custom and digital nature of this product, all sales are final.
