Description
This lightweight and moisturizing hair cream gives light to medium hold and shine while conditioning the hair for noticeably smoother, softer feeling hair. Made from bio-based ingredients, rice bran wax and barley starch make hair more manageable while imparting a natural shine for healthy looking hair.
All Ingredients:
Water, Hordeum Vuglare Seed Flower, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Wax, Hydrogenated Ethylhexyl Olivate, Hydrogenated Olive Oil Unsaponifiables, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Sodium Polyacrylate, Xylitol, Caprylic Acid, Glyceryl Stearate, Inulin, Benzyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Caprylate, Glyceryl Undecylenate, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Xanthan Gum.
How To Use:
Rub a generous amount in palms or between finger tips and run through hair until evenly coated. Apply to damp hair for medium shine and low hold. Apply to dry hair for low shine and medium hold.
Steps:
 | Add 5.44oz (154g) of filtered water to your large glass vessel (4lb glass pouring pitcher, if you have it) and microwave for 1 minute. |
 | Add .14oz of organic agave prebiotic to your water and mix by hand until completely dissolved. |
 | Add .04oz of pure xanthan gum and mix with a stick blender until a clump-free gel is achieved. Place this pitcher aside for now. |
 | In another, smaller, microwave-safe container combine .35oz (10ml) of silolea plant derived silicone alternative, .35oz of rice bran wax, and .35oz of cold-process natural emulsifier. Microwave in 15 second intervals with mixing in between until the emulsifier and wax completely dissolve in the oil. |
 | Check your main pitcher from steps 1-3, if it is room temperature, microwave for 60 seconds. |
 | Once warm, begin pouring your oil phase into your large pitcher while mixing with a stick blender. Mix until a smooth, creamy texture is achieved. It is important to have your water slightly warm here or else the wax will rapidly solidify in water. |
 | Add .42oz of barley starch powder and .05oz (1.5mL) of austalian tea tree oil and mix by hand until all clumps are evenly dispersed. |
 | Add .17oz of emulsitec plant based preservative to your oils & mixy-mix until completely dissolved. |
 | Scoop the product evenly into your jars & enjoy your new hair styling cream! |
