Freight Orders - Terms & Conditions

1. Order Processing: Your order has reached a weight threshold and will be processed for shipment within 3-7 business days. It will be palletized and dispatched via a freight carrier.

2. Shipping Fees: All domestic freight orders will continue to benefit from free shipping. However, additional services associated with freight may incur a fee. If you do not require any extra services, your shipping remains 100% free.

3. Service Fees: Please be aware of the following service fees, which are direct costs from our freight partners:

  • Lift Gate Fee: $80
  • Residential Delivery Fee: $45
  • Delivery Appointment Fee: $15

For shipments to residential locations, a lift gate is mandatory unless a lift gate or forklift is available upon delivery.

5. Payment Process: Following the placement of your freight order, you will receive a short questionnaire via email. This questionnaire is crucial for our shipping department to schedule the pallet delivery efficiently. Additional payment will be requested based on the services you opt for.

To avoid shipping delays, we kindly request you respond to the questionnaire as soon as possible. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until the service requirements have been acknowledged. If incorrect services are provided, additional fees may apply.
