- I was hoping for some guidance, I want to craft a 3-in-1 lube, massage, & moisturizer unisex oil for my sexual wellbeing line. I want to add the heat cell activated extract for a skin feel, menthol for a cooling skin effect, rainforest plum oil for the lube effect and my customized infused oil blend as a base. For the oil base I infuse with botanicals that enhance libido, I typically use a lighter oils than monoi. What oils would you recommend that goes well with the rainforest plum silicone alternative?
- Hi Keke, I would suggest you use jojoba oil! it's lighter but has a rich enough feel. I really only suggest monoi because it's mostly coconut oil (not fractionated mct) and coconut oil is a really popular lube additive on the market
- Is this also considered an emulsifier?
- Hi Brit, it isn't an emulsifier, but as a thicker oil it will make oil blends a bit thicker (eg: like how glycerin can add some thickness when mixed with water), but it is not an emulsifier
