How to Use Eco Glitter In Candles And Soaps

by | published

Need some inspiration for what to do with your new eco glitter? In this video, Mel will go over the suggested uses of eco glitter in candles and soaps. Don't be afraid to be BOLD and let your imagination run wild!

Eco-glitter is completely plastic-free yet expresses the same sparkly and celebratory energy as normal glitter!

When used in soaps, it adds a hint of exfoliation as well. To use the glitter in soaps, gently sprinkle the glitter on top of the soap when it is starting to set and remove from the mold once its ready, and it should be perfect!

If you want to use eco-glitter in your candles, we recommend using chunky glitter for more of a statement look. You can use the fine glitters in order to add a nice pastel shine throughout your candle. One of the easiest ways to use eco glitter on your candles it to sprinkle it on top! Once your candle has set, use a heat gun to melt the top layer of wax on the top of the candle and sprinkle in your glitter of choice.

Note: The eco-glitter will not affect the burn of your wick so you can use as little or as much as you would like!

Feel free to mix and match fun colors and textures of glitters as well as pair them with botanicals too!
