How To Use Essential Oils For Beginners

by | published

Essential oils are 100% pure + 100% powerful compounds that are derived from natural plant, herb, and floral materials. They are commonly derived by pressing plant materials or steam distillation. They have been used for centuries for their anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, and anti-inflammatory properties. They also have aromatherapy benefits.

How to use them:

Essential oils can be used in a wide variety of applications - from soaps, to sprays, to sanitizers, diffusers, candles and more! You can also use them in body products, body sprays, facial mists, lotions, soaps, etc. We suggest blending them together if you want a more complex fragrance.

One of our president's favorite combinations is California lemon, french lavender, and blood orange! It creates the perfect juicy yet refreshing fragrance.
