what's the difference between each wax blend?
The main difference is the ingredients used in each blend. No two waxes are the same and have unique points of difference. Since they are all formulated in distinct ways, each blend will perform a bit differently when burned! Here’s everything you need to know...
virgin coconut soy wax
Excellent beginner container wax blend.
Highlights:
- Easy to cut
- Easy to use
- Skin-safe: clinically tested and dermatologist reviewed
- Excellent glass adhesion
- Excellent scent throw
- Not prone to sink holes, frosting, or sweating
- Exhibits an evenness of burn and wax consumption with approximately 1 oz of wax burned every 4 hours
- 8 oz candle = approx. 32 hours of burn time - it can be more or less depending on wick size used and how long it is burned each cycle, but this is a good rule of thumb
- Vegan
- Smooth tops after initial pour
- A heat antioxidant to prevent discoloration
Made Better
Made from a proprietary blend of natural and sustainably sourced soy and coconut with a teeny-tiny amount of food grade paraffin for maximizing scent throw, this blend has a creamy white appearance, and has virtually no scent on its own.
It’s gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and sourced from renewable sources.The entire blend utilizes only FDA approved waxes.
This wax can easily handle a 9-10% fragrance load, has a 122 F (50 C) melt point, with an optimal mix + pouring temperature of 180-190 F (82-88 C).

Our creamy, unique Coco Apricot Crème wax has been enhanced to perform even better and align with Made.Better standards.
Here’s what we have upgraded: Fuller adhesion, smoother tops after initial pour, it is skin-safe, and now contains a heat antioxidant to protect the color of your wax after each burn.
After rigorous testing, we have found no need for a change in wick size with the improved blend.
This wax can easily handle a 9-10% fragrance load. Coconut Apricot Crème has a 129 F (54 C) melt point, with an optimal mix + pouring temperature of 180-190 F (82-88 C).

Made Better
Made from a proprietary blend of renewable and ethically sourced beeswax, coconut, soy, and palm waxes, this blend has a silky golden hue and appearance with a lightly sweet scent that enhances its fragrance throw.
This blend is 100% skin-safe and excellent for massage candles. It’s gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and sourced from renewable sources.
This wax can easily handle a 9-10% fragrance load. Natural Beeswax Crème has a 137 F (58 C) melt point with an optimal pouring temperature of 150 F (65 C).

Our organic hemp, coconut, and soy waxes are gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and come from renewable sources. The entire blend utilizes only FDA approved waxes.
