Q&A

For a massage candle, would I take the candle % (8-12%) and the IFRA % and use the lowest of the 2 %'s? Also, I don't see a category on the IFRA data sheet for massage candles. Would 5A (13.18%) be the one to use?: Hi Heather, The 8-12% load is simply a recommendation. You should always refer to the IFRA sheets for the safest % to use. For a massage candle, the max safest amount of oil you can use is 13% (5A), however, I would stick between 8-10%.
Has this natural fragrance been tested in cold process soap making?: Hi Sandra, No, we have not tested this oil in CP soap. We are hoping to soon though!
