"I tried to love this melter - I have the 27L - takes forever to heat up, about 4 hours - and doesn't melt evenly either. It constantly beeps and I can't control the temperature. And the spout is in the wrong place so you have to hand pour it out which isn't all that easy to do given the size. So you end up wasting a ton of wax. I've tried to get help but that hasn't been successful."
"I have the smaller melter. The only thing that I would change is that you have to tip it forward to get all the wax out at the end. But it’s great in every other way."

"I love this melter! It heats quickly and makes a clicking sound when it’s reached a desired temp. I do wish the temperatures were more distinct. I have to use a thermometer to keep checking what the temp is because I can’t set it to a specific temp. Other than that it’s great and I’ve had no issues with it! I have barely started making candles and have only used this melter for single candles. I haven’t made a bulk set yet but can’t wait!"
