Can I add Wildflower Honey and rose hip oil to it: Hey Sade, Yes, you can!
I love this base, but would like to thicken it just a bit. Do you have any recommendations for a thickener? Bonus points if it also includes adding lather: Hi Trisha! Adding a salt water solution can help but it may alter the clarity (makes it kinda off white & opaque). I'd suggest you disperse xanthan gum slowly into your formula to help thicken the product.
Can I add oil-based extracts or water-based extracts? Can I add fragrance oils to this base?: HI DG, Yes, this is oil and water based :) You can also add fragrance oil. Be sure you are checking the IFRA sheet for the safest % to use in your products.

does this product foam? or what is the lather like? also.. will it accept the addition of any of the gemstone extracts?: Hi D! It has more of a creamy lather with low foam. If you want to increase the foam height then you can add liquid soapnut natural surfactant (5-10%). As for the gemstone extracts, you can add those, no problem!
